We have an inhouse rigid training program and for the last 14 years AVMax has been training its employees with basic AV vocational skills to make sure that our employees know and understand the needs of the AV industry, and provide quality support to our client by stressing the proper termination of Analog Audio connectors such as but not limited to XLR, RCA, TRS and Phoenix Euro blocks as well as digital audio and Video termination of shielded RJ45, BNC crimping technics of Control using DB9 and RJ45.

Our team is very strong in all aspects of AV integrations areas such as; Site coordinating of local union involvements, Cable pulling and base build installations, Drawing interpretations, Accept and inventory equipment for installation, Report back to project coordinator or Project Manager in a timely matter, Troubleshooting and documentation of issue and resolution. Furthermore, all our technicians are OSHA 30 Certified and are available within 24-hour request notice.
