What have we Done
AVMax has created a Win Win situation in our AV industry. By introducing the industry to individuals, male and feme who otherwise would have not known of the AV industry as an option or source of employment, with free training to the community as a form of giving back. AVMax LLC makes training available to anybody willing to learn a new trade free of charge. This is how AVMax offer employment opportunities to the community. This action is also beneficial to the industry by offering a pull of OSHA-30 certified entry level technicians. AVMax graduates posses the basic vocational AV skill to start working and be deployed to the field much sooner than it would be for employees who need to be internally trained by the company during the onboarding process.
